Introducing LYNX MBE Mentorship: Empowering Minority-Owned Businesses for Success

Caracal takes pride in being a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) who has been in business for over 19 years. Aspiring to pass along our knowledge as a successful MBE, we formed Caracal’s LYNX Mentorship Program. Rebecca Miller, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales Operations, described how Caracal came to start the LYNX program. “Caracal went through a lot of trials, and experienced many successes, growing to the point that we are today. We want to use our experiences throughout our company’s 19 years to help other MBEs be successful.”

We are committed to diversity, community development and creating jobs. LYNX is part of that commitment. LYNX stands for Learning Yields Newfound eXcellence. The LYNX Mentorship program is specifically designed to help other minority-owned businesses thrive.

Having an MBE Certification has many benefits, such as:

Networking opportunities, such as attending NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council) conferences and business fairs

Are strategic alliances in place to help you achieve your business plan?
