Mentoring
Caracal believes that mentorship programs are vital to encourage and support the success of the next generation of business leaders. Mentorship provides entrepreneurs with valuable guidance, resources and networks that might otherwise be out of reach. We put that conviction into action through two focused mentorship programs.
- Caracal’s LYNX mentorship program is designed to help business leaders from economically disadvantaged communities thrive. With its name derived from Learning Yields Newfound eXcellence, the LYNX Mentorship Program guides participants through questions critical to the success of their businesses, no matter the industry or profession. - The Caracal Academy mentorship program works to develop the business acumen of future entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 25. Scholarships
Promising future leaders shouldn’t be shut out of development opportunities because they lack financial resources. That’s why Caracal Academy offers two scholarship programs, the Charles A. Roberts Scholarship and the Ann E. Lamb Scholarship. Both scholarships are available to high school seniors and students enrolled in college, post-secondary and trade school programs. Through these scholarships, Caracal Academy fosters the growth of future business leaders by investing economic resources in students who are driven to achieve their academic and professional goals.
